The Australian team, which took the lead by winning the 1st match by two wickets against Pakistan, has suffered a crushing defeat by nine wickets in the second match.
AUS vs PAK: Key Players Rested Ahead of India Test Series
In the three-match ODI series, both the teams are standing with 1-1 match wins. The last match of this series will be played in Perth, but before this match, several changes are anticipated in Australia’s lineup for this final match.
Australia has started preparing for the Test series to be played against India, due to which Cummins, Steven Smith, Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Starc and Marnus Labuschagne will be unavailable for this third ODI. In their place, Australia is going to give place to Marcus Stoinis and young players in the team.
Glenn Maxwell, who is struggling with poor form, will lead the Australian team in the third match. From Pakistan’s side, Haris Rauf is bowling very well in this series. He has taken a total of eight wickets so far. In the last match, he took five wickets and restricted the Australian team to 163 runs.
