Will Pujara Get a Chance on the Australia Tour?

India won the Test series on the last two Australia tours and both times Pujara’s batting came in handy for the team. At the end of the year, India will once again play a five-match Test series in Australia which is very important for them. India’s dream of playing the WTC final depends on this series. In such a situation, Pujara’s experience can be useful in strengthening the middle order of the team.

He is also in good form. The team also needs him because India has not yet found Pujara’s replacement at number 3. Shubman Gill has played some good innings but Pujara’s experience can be useful for India in Australia. It remains to be seen whether captain Rohit Sharma and coach Gautam Gambhir give him a chance or keep him out.
