India A Struggles on Day 3 of Duleep Trophy
The third day of play in the Duleep Trophy is underway. The match between India A and India B is underway in Bangalore. India B, led by Abhimanyu Easwaran, scored 321 runs while batting first. In reply, India A, led by Shubman Gill, have lost 6 wickets. Their innings is in trouble. Rian Parag was dismissed for 30 runs and KL Rahul for 37 runs in the first session of the third day. Both the batsmen played poor shots and lost their wickets. Dhruv Jurel returns to the pavilion after scoring 2 runs. Shivam Dubey could only score 20 runs.

Poor Shot Selection Hurts India A
Chasing India B’s 321 runs, India A lost 2 wickets for 66 runs on the second day. Rian Parag and KL Rahul combined to pull Gill’s team out of trouble. Both had a partnership of 79 runs. Both were set. India A was in a strong position after scoring 145 runs. There was a new twist in the first session of the third day. A big innings was expected from Ryan Parag. But in the third over of the day, he lost his wicket to a bad ball. Flicking the ball to the leg side by Yash Dayal, he was caught by wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant.

KL Rahul Falls After Brief Partnership
KL Rahul stayed at the crease after Parag’s dismissal, trying to stabilize the innings. He shared an 18-run partnership with Shivam Dubey before being bowled while attempting a sweep shot against Washington Sundar. Rahul, who scored 37 off 111 balls, couldn’t read Sundar’s delivery properly, and India A’s innings continued to face difficulties as the team struggled to make progress on the third day in the Duleep Trophy.
