Sri Lanka and New Zealand Face Off in Final Test
Currently, 2 Asian teams are playing Test series at home. Team India is leading 1-0 in the 2-match series against Bangladesh. The second and final match between the two teams will be played on September 27 at Green Park in Kanpur. On the other hand, New Zealand is playing a Test series on the tour of Sri Lanka. New Zealand is trailing 0-1 in the 2-match series. The second and final match between the two teams will be played from September 26. Sri Lanka announced the playing eleven for this second match a day before.
Sri Lanka have made 2 changes to the playing eleven for the second Test match. Vishwa Fernando has to miss the second test due to injury. Therefore, young Nishan Parris has been included in the team instead of Vishwa. The same Nishan has been given a chance in the playing eleven. But Nishan has been replaced by Ramesh Mendis. Nishan is also set to make his Test debut against New Zealand. Nisha has taken 172 wickets in 41 first-class matches.
Milan Rathnayake has also been included in place of Lahiru Kumara. Kumar could not take a single wicket in the first match. Milan, who debuted in the England tour, has taken 10 wickets so far. Milan scored 72 runs on debut.
