Gerald Coetzee has once again performed brilliantly and contributed significantly to South Africa’s victory in the second T20 match.
Gerald Coetzee delivered strong performances with both bat and ball for Africa in the first T20 match. He once again made an important contribution and helped the team win.
In the second T20 match played between India and South Africa, the Indian team batted first and scored 124 runs. In the second innings, the South African team also struggled in front of Varun Chakravarthy’s excellent bowling spell and lost 6 wickets for 66 runs.

After David Miller was dismissed, South Africa was far behind in the match. However, Gerald Coetzee brought the team back into the match by scoring 19 runs in 9 balls and from the other end Tristan Stubbs(41*) also batted well, due to which South Africa managed to win the match by three wickets.
Before the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, Gerald Coetzee increased his prize money with this all-round display. Last year he was part of the Mumbai team. Coetzee took 1 wicket giving just 25 runs in 4 overs in the second T20 match and scored 19 runs.
In the four-match T20 series being played between India and Africa, both the teams have won one match each.
