Team India’s Impressive Batting Display

Team India won the toss and decided to bat. Maat salami pair failed. Vihan Malhotra was dismissed with 10 runs and Vaibhav Suryavanshi with 3 runs. Nitya Pandya and KP Karthikeya then shared a century partnership for the third wicket. Nitya scored 94 runs in 135 balls. Karthikeya scored 71 runs in 99 balls. Nikhil Kumar scored 61 and captain Soham Patwardhan contributed 63 runs. Harvansh Panglia then scored a century of 117 runs. Mohammad Enan scored 26 runs and Sarmath Nagaraj scored 20 runs. All four bowlers from Australia took 2 wickets each.

Australia’s Struggles with the Bat

Only two from Australia could score 50+ runs in the first innings. While others knelt before Team India. Peak scored 117 off 199 balls off Captain Oli. Alex Lee Young added 66 runs.
