Sanju Samson’s Record-Breaking Century Against Bangladesh

Team India’s wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson has made up for the past several years in a single match. Sanju Samson scored an explosive and record-breaking century in the third and final T20I match against Bangladesh. Sanju first completed his half-century in just 22 balls. Sanju then completed his century in the next 18 balls. This was the first century of Sanju’s T20I career. Sanju has also broken Captain Suryakumar Yadav’s record. But Sanju’s chance to break Rohit Sharma’s record was narrowly missed.

Along with Sanju Samson, he became the second batsman from Team India to score a century in T20Is. Sanju surpassed Suryakumar Yadav in this regard. Former captain Rohit Sharma holds the record for the fastest century for Team India.
