Impact on RCB

Yash Dayal plays for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL. Yash Dayal’s absence in the Test series against New Zealand has benefited RCB. Because Yash Dayal will not be in Team India till October 31. He will not be able to play international matches or make his debut and will therefore remain an uncapped player. Before the mega auction of IPL, all the franchises have to submit the list of players they have retained to the IPL Governing Council by October 31.

Yash Dayal’s Future Prospects

According to information, if the uncapped player is retained, the franchise will have to pay Rs 4 crore. At least 11 crores will be spent to retain a capped player. So RCB can retain Yash Dayal as an uncapped player and that will save them a huge amount of money. If Yash Dayal had made his debut for Team India, he would have been retained as a capped player and RCB would have had to pay more.
