Ireland Announces Squad for West Indies Series Amid IPL Season

During IPL 2025, an ODI and T20I series will be held between West Indies and Ireland, with West Indies touring Ireland for both series. Each team will play three matches in both formats. The Irish Cricket Board has announced the squads for the series on social media, with experienced player Paul Stirling leading the Ireland team, and Lorcan Tucker serving as vice-captain.

The selection committee has included three uncapped players in the ODI squad: Cad Carmichael, Tom Mayes, and Liam McCarthy, who will also participate in both series.

Following the ODI series against Ireland, the West Indies cricket team will tour England to play an ODI series. Afterwards, they will return to Ireland for a T20 series.
