Harshit Rana Replaces Bumrah

Meanwhile, the BCCI has informed that young bowler Harshit Rana has been included in the Indian team for the Champions Trophy in place of Jasprit Bumrah. Harshit Rana has also been included as Bumrah’s backup for the ODI series against England.

Bumrah will not be able to play in the first 2 ODIs against England, said the chairman of the selection committee, Ajit Agarkar. However, after that, Bumrah was ruled out of the entire series. Due to this, Harshit got a chance to make his debut.
