Lucknow Super Giants ended their campaign with a win in the 67th match of the 17th season of IPL. Lucknow Super Giants have won by 18 runs over Mumbai Indians. Lucknow set a challenge of 215 runs for victory in front of Mumbai. But Mumbai could score only 196 runs in 20 overs. This was also Mumbai’s last match. Chasing 215 runs, Mumbai got off to a shaky start. Rohit Sharma and Dewald Brevis both shared an opening partnership of 88 runs. Rohit Sharma scored a half-century in the meantime. Dewald Brevis was out for 23 runs. But then Mumbai went into decline. Lucknow gave blows to Mumbai at regular intervals. Suryakumar Yadav could not even crack a pumpkin. Nicholas Pooran scored 75, KL 55, Marcus Stoinisay 28 and Deepak Hooda 11 for Lucknow. In the end, Krunal Pandya and Ayush Badoni scored 12 and 22 not out respectively. For Mumbai, Piyush Chawla and N Tushara took 2 wickets each.
