Michael Clarke Questions Australia’s Playing XI Choices Against Pakistan

Talking on Big Sports Breakfast, Michael Clarke said, ‘I am a little surprised. With 11 days left for the Test series against India, Australia made changes in the third ODI.

If Australia had won the first two matches, it would have made sense to rest the big players in the third match. But it was very important for Australia to win this series and I think they did not care about it.

Michael Clarke further said, ‘If you take this lightly then it is a very bad thing. Very few fans are coming to the stadium to watch ODI cricket and you need to tell them that this format is still great and they should come to the stadium to watch the match in maximum numbers.’

Pakistan has won the three-match ODI series 2-1. Now the three-match T20 series between these two teams is going to start from November 14 in Brisbane.

Talking about the third ODI match, Australia scored 140 runs after losing all the wickets in the batting first. Pakistan achieved the target easily by losing only two wickets.
