According to a PTI report, an FIR was filed on Monday against some activists of the Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha for allegedly blocking the road in front of the stadium and holding a โhavanโ. This movement was held against the โtyrannyโ of Hindus in Bangladesh. Deputy Commissioner of Police Harish Chander informed that it was decided to increase the security system after this incident.
The players of both India and Bangladesh have arrived here on Tuesday for the second Test match to be played at the Kanpur ground. Players are staying in a hotel located about one and a half kilometers from the Green Park Stadium. The players of both teams were given a grand welcome at the five-star hotel.

Both teams will take part in practice sessions at the Green Park Stadium on Wednesday and Thursday.

According to the Police Commissioner, nearly 2 thousand police personnel have been deployed for the security of the players and VVIPs of both teams. Strict security has also been maintained at the Green Park Stadium. Around 1000 police personnel will be deployed in the stadium and around the stadium on the day of the match. Not only this, social media platforms are also on the radar of the security system.
