Pakistan cricket team’s leading batsman Babar Azam recently resigned as captain. Earlier on Saturday, selector Mohammad Yusuf resigned citing personal reasons. Now Usman Qadir has announced his retirement from cricket. “It is a matter of pride to represent Pakistan and I am indebted to my teammates and coaches for their support,” said Qadir.

In a post on social media, he informed that he is retiring. Usman Qadir said, “The never-to-be-forgotten moments of victory, the challenges faced by everyone, and every moment of my cricketing career are very special to me.” Thanks to the fans in Pakistan for always supporting me.
