Leadership Role with Team India A
The selection committee did not pick Ruturaj for the Test series against Australia. Therefore, Ruturaj fans have strongly criticized BCCI on social media. Team India A has left for Australia ahead of the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Under the leadership of Ruturaj Gaikwad, Team India A will play 2 first-class matches against Australia A.
In the third and final match, Team India A will face Rohit Sena. This match has been organized to make Rohitsene aware of the situation there before the series against Australia.
