Management’s Decision on Reserve Players
Ahead of their departure to the West Indies, the Indian team management is rumored to have made significant decisions regarding the squad. Reports suggest that two reserve players, opening batsman Shubham Gill and fast bowler Avesh Khan, will return to India after the match against Canada. This decision is based on the current squad composition and the lack of injuries among key players. The main squad consists of 15 players, and while there are four reserve players, only Rinku Singh and Khalil Ahmed will remain with the team for the Super 8 round.
