Smriti completed the century with the help of 10 fours in 121 balls at a strike rate of 82.6. This was Smriti’s 8th century in ODI career. Along with Smriti, Aji has become the first Indian woman batsman to score the fastest century in ODI cricket for Team India, surpassing former captain Harmanpreet Kaur and Mithali Raj. Smriti has done this feat much earlier than both Mithali and Harmanpreet.
