USA Defeats UAE by 136 Runs in CWCL2
USA beat UAE by 136 runs in match 33 of ICC Cricket World Cup League 2. USA had given UAE a tough challenge of 340 runs to win. But in front of the sharp bowling of the US, the UAE’s innings ended within 37 overs. US bowled out UA for 203 runs in 362 overs. Three scored fifties from UAE. But other batsmen knelt before the US bowlers. Marathmola Saurabh Netrawalkar and Nothush Kenjige took 3 wickets each for the US. It was the US’s sixth win in eight games at the tournament. The US jumped to second place in the points table with 12 points with the win.
For UAE, Rahul Chopra, Asif Khan, and Basil Ahmed all scored half-centuries. Rahul, Asif, and Basil scored 52, 51, and 50* respectively. Aryansh Sharma Captain Muhammad Wasim and Ayan Khan all reached double figures. These three scored 11, 12 and 10. Both of them could not even crack a pumpkin. Others could not do anything special. Basil remained unbeaten till the end and scored an unbeaten 50 runs. But he did not get proper support from the other side. Apart from both Saurabh and Nothush for the US, Jasdeep Singh took 2 wickets. Milind Kumar and Shedley van Schalkwyk both took 1 wicket each.

Saiteja Mukkamalla and Milind Kumar Shine
Earlier, UAE won the toss and opted to bowl, forcing the USA to bat. The US took advantage of this opportunity. The US got off to a disappointing start. But then both Saiteja Mukkamalla and Milind Kumar scored centuries. Andries Gus-Captain Monak Patel 5 and Smit Patel 48 runs out. That left the US at 74 for 3.

UAE Struggles Against USA Bowlers
Then the pair of Saiteja Mukkamalla and Milind Kumar shared a partnership of 191 runs for the fourth wicket. In the meantime, both of them scored a century. Saiteja scored 107 runs off 99 balls with the help of 15 fours and 1 six. Milind Kumar scored 155 not out in 110 balls with 14 fours and 5 sixes. Shayan Jehangir returned unbeaten on 12 runs. Ayan Khan took 2 wickets from UAE. Ali Naseer and Junaid Siddiqui took 1 wicket each.
