Afghanistan’s innings was highlighted by exceptional batting from Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmanullah Gurbaz, who both scored half-centuries. The pair established a formidable 154-run partnership for the first wicket, setting a solid foundation for Afghanistan. Gurbaz scored an impressive 76 runs off 45 balls, featuring 4 fours and 4 sixes, while Zadran contributed 70 runs off 46 balls, with 9 fours and 1 six. Uganda’s Struggle Against Afghanistan’s Bowling Attack
Chasing a target of 184 runs, Uganda struggled to gain momentum and were bowled out for a mere 58 runs in 16 overs.
