The matter is of India’s second innings in the Perth Test match. Starc was bowling and was bowling at a speed of around 140 kilometres per hour. Meanwhile, Starc threw a ball that was short of length. Jaiswal defended it.
After this, Starc started looking at Jaiswal and the Indian team batsman gave a befitting reply to this. Jaiswal told Starc, “You are slow.” Starc is known for his swing and seam as well as his stormy speed. No batsman feels comfortable in front of him.
But Jaiswal’s saying this was to trouble Starc so that he loses his rhythm in anger and bowls a bad ball so that Jaiswal gets a chance to score runs.
