India Clinches Series with Dominant 86-Run Win
Indian cricket team won the series under Suryakumar Yadav by beating Bangladesh by 86 runs in the second T20I match. Team India took a 2-0 one-sided lead in the 3-match series. Team India reached 221 runs on the strength of Nitish Reddy’s 74 and Rinku Singh’s 53 runs. So Bangladesh got a challenge of 222 runs for victory. While chasing these runs, the Bangladeshi batsmen knelt in front of the Indian bowlers.
Bangladesh lost 9 wickets in 20 overs and managed to manage only 135 runs. Except the experienced Mahmudullah, none of them could score more than 20 runs. Mahmudullah top scored with 41 runs. Nitish Reddy from Team India also contributed with bowling after batting. Nitish and Varun Chakraborty both took 2 wickets each. While 5 others took 1-1 wicket each.
